Shop Safely

  1. Yep, we ship anywhere in Australia
  2. Orders under $150 attract an Australia wide shipping  charge of $11
  3. Orders over $150 attract an Australia wide flat rate shipping of $34
  4. We aim to dispatch all products within 24-48 hours (working days) following receipt of payment. We will change the status of your account once shipped and you will be notified via email
  5. We bank with NAB - direct deposits can take up to 4 days to clear
  6. Wholesale customers are not eligible for free shipping

Damaged Goods, Exchanges or Refunds

  1. We will happily honour refund or exchange if the product is damaged or does not perform as stated. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  2. Each item sold by Bliss Candles is carefully inspected and hand packed for delivery. It is therefore very unlikely for there to be quality issues with our product. We do understand however that exceptions can occur. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for directions on exchanging the defective merchandise.
  3. All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. If a refund is requested shipping and handling charges if any, are not refundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please provide a photograph outlining the basis of the defect within 48 hours of receipt of the product, for an exchange of the product, once verified and approved by our customer service department. To begin the exchange process, please contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery by email at info@blisscandles.com.au or via our online contact form, Please make sure to include your name, photograph and the reason for the return.
  4. Product will be exchanged at the sole discretion of Bliss Candles
  5. Refund is amount less shipping and handling charges
